Terms of Service.

All "Vermeil" pieces are guaranteed to have a minimum gold layer thickness of 2.5 microns bonded to a solid 925 Sterling Silver chassis. Natural wear over extended years may reduce this thickness. This is physics, not a defect.

Custom 3D-printed pieces are fabricated specifically for your provided coordinates (size, material, stone). Once the 3D wax is printed (Status: FABRICATION), orders cannot be cancelled or refunded, as the unique mold has been cast.

We accept returns on non-custom "Stock" items within 30 days of receipt, provided the security tag remains intact. If the tag is breached, we assume the piece has been deployed in the field and cannot accept it for hygiene and quality control reasons.

GlowGlitch Systems is not liable for damage resulting from improper field maintenance, including exposure to harsh chemicals, heavy impact, or unauthorized modification by third-party jewelers.

These Fabrication Agreements and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute or claim relating in any way to your use of GlowGlitch will be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court. You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated or representative action.

By initiating a commission with GlowGlitch Systems, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence.
