Privacy & Identity Protection
We protect your digital footprint as rigorously as we engineer our jewelry. Your specs, commission history, and payment data are encrypted and never traded.
1. Fabrication Data
When you design a custom piece, we store your CAD specifications, ring size, and material preferences. This "Fabrication Profile" allows us to service your pieces and calibrate future fits. We do not share this biometric or extensive preference data with third-party advertisers.
2. Transaction Security
All financial transmissions are processed through Level 1 PCI DSS compliant gateways. We do not store full credit card numbers on our local servers. Your transaction is a direct encrypted line to the banking network.
3. Digital Tracking
We use cookies solely to maintain your session state (cart contents, design progress). We do not employ aggressive cross-site tracking pixels. Your navigation within our lab is your own business.
4. Field Communications
If you opt into our "Fabrication List," you will receive technical updates, drop notifications, and design notes. You may decouple from this frequency at any time via the unsubscribe link in the footer of any transmission.
5. User Sovereign Rights & CCPA
GlowGlitch Systems explicitly does not sell, trade, or share your personal information, CAD specifications, or purchase history to third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising. You maintain sovereign control over your data. You have the right to Request Access to the data we hold, Request Correction of inaccuracies, and Request Deletion ("Right to be Forgotten") of your Fabrication Profile. Contact privacy@glowglitch.com to execute these rights. Our systems are configured to respect Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals sent by your browser.
6. Data Retention Limits
Fabrication Data (3D prints, sizing) is retained securely for 5 years to facilitate easy remakes or warranty sizing, after which it is anonymized and stripped of personally identifiable vectors.
7. Age Requirements (COPPA)
Our platform is not engineered for, nor do we knowingly collect data from, individuals under the age of 16. If we become aware that we have collected such data, it will be purged immediately.
