    • Stock Chassis: Dispatched within 48 hours of calibration.
    • Custom Fabrication: 3-4 week lead time for 3D printing, casting, and setting.
    • US Domestic: Expedited courier options available at checkout.
  2. 02Secure Handover

    Secure Handover

    All parcels require a signature upon receipt. We use tamper-evident packaging. If the seal is broken, do not accept the package and alert our security team immediately.

    To initiate a return for stock items, log a ticket in the Support portal. You must receive an RMA number before creating a return label. Items returned without an RMA will be held in quarantine.

    International Customs

    We handle all export documentation from the United States. Import duties and taxes are calculated at checkout (DDP) for most regions to ensure frictionless entry.
