Shipping & Returns

Secure global dispatch for high-value hardware. Every shipment is insured, tracked, and sealed.

1. Deployment Timeline

Stock Chassis: Dispatched within 48 hours of calibration.
Custom Fabrication: 3-4 week lead time for 3D printing, casting, and setting.
Tokyo Local: Same-day courier available for Shibuya/Minato wards.

2. Secure Handover

All parcels require a signature upon receipt. We use tamper-evident packaging. If the seal is broken, do not accept the package and alert our security team immediately.

3. Return Authorization (RMA)

To initiate a return for stock items, log a ticket in the Support portal. You must receive an RMA number before creating a return label. Items returned without an RMA will be held in quarantine.

4. International Customs

We handle all export documentation from Japan. Import duties and taxes are calculated at checkout (DDP) for most regions to ensure frictionless entry.
